I would never put it that way as I, myself, may be at fault, too, in terms of the miscommunication, who knows, as there were many things discussed but nothing was intentional.

Hello all… As promised, I wanted to give you the insight on the Impact posts that have been going around for the past few days which caused a lot of confusion.
First of all, I will repeat a few things that were already mentioned in our Makro acquisition announcement so I am sorry if it is repetition for some of you guys but I see a lot of confusion about Nokta and Makro brands in general apart

Hello all..as I see many posts and comments on our shipping date I wanted to clarify a few things:
I saw a comment: ''makro is up to its arm pits with trying to trying to straighten out the mess they have with the Racer release.'' on another forum.
I guess this is the price we have to pay for being so open and let all speak their free opinions about our products and also n

Hello all! We got a few requests from customers to increase the depth on the RACER in the 3- tone mode. The depth difference between the 2-tone and 3-tone modes were designed that way on purpose. However, after reading Tom's review and getting a few requests, we decided to make the following change: At the start up settings of the device (Gain 70) , there is no change meaning there will stil

Hello all!
As you know, we made an announcement in December regarding Makro acquisition by Nokta.
For those who read the announcement thoroughly, one advantage of this merger we pointed out was that ‘’we will not only offer a richer product portfolio to our customers but address the whole market demand with products at different price levels.’’. This requires us to position the current and

Hello all! Just wanted to comment on a few things on Gary's video:
Regarding the coil bolts – the testing units we sent were from our pilot run and we saw the issue with the coil bolts (not all but some do have an issue) …so we are actually changing the material of them.
And because we do not want to delay the shipments because of the bolts, we are adding an extra FORS coil bolt in the p

Hello!
As the number of customers requesting a coil cover to be included in the RACER package content is increasing, we decided to add a coil cover for the 11''x7'' injection molded stock coil both in the standard and pro packages without any price change.
The small coil in the pro package already comes with a removable cover.

Hello all... I am copying and pasting our R&D manager's response to some of the questions:
''Hi,
A delay in audio is of the nature of the Bluetooth audio, it always exists, the question is how long (or short to be acceptable) the delay is. A2DP and similar Bluetooth profiles provide a good (or at least acceptable) media quality sound but seems “not instant” because of the

Hello all.. we see a lot of comments regarding Makro RACER BT headphones and dongle so I wanted to clarify a few things:
First of all, adding BT headphones was not an after-thought. From the concept stage of the product, adding wireless headphones capability to the machine existed. However, we had 2 options:
Making the module built-in to the machine or providing it in an external dongle. For

Hello all... Nokta/Makro, most of the time, will replace a part instead of repairing it and we are very fast in that matter. We will send the replacement part with express service which will take a few days for delivery only. Most of the time, we do not ask for the defective part back but there are some situations where we want to see the part just to determine the cause so we can avoid future is

The stock coil is an injection molded coil so there is no epoxy bottom. You can still buy a cover for it seperately. The small coil includes a coil cover and spare

Correct...you can save your settings on the CoRe but not on the RACER but RACER settings are all on 1 screen and very easy to change.
