This Open Forum is now DISABLE to new posts due to the "Phorum" Forum Software used for this forum being generally obsolete and basically no longer supported. Recently, the server that hosts this website upgraded to MySQL version 8.0.36 and Phorum 5.2.23 is not compatible with MySQL version 8.0.36. If you can't get back on over there just create a new user name and password, then if you know your former user name I think they can find your old account and re-cretae it for you so all your past posts are not lost.

C-Scope! There is a memory blaster from my past!!
When I started with PG&E in 1968 we used a version of them for locating gas main/services. Attach one half to the riser with the ground plate and walk around with the other part to mark & locate.
