All Terrain Low Conductor at the beach

All Terrain Low Conductor at the beach

I was wondering if you can use this mode in the water and or wet sand with the prospecting audio or will it false a lot

Fresh Water beach = YES
Salt Water beach = NO

Thanks Tom, I was doing some air test in my back yard and noticed I was getting more depth in this mode

Yes....... it would be absolutely awesome if we could use a Prospecting Mode...... or even a dirt Mode (like: All Terrain - Low Conductors Mode) ...... in a wet-salt/conductive environment........ to hunt gold jewelry! BUT .......... due to the high conductance of the wet salt..... you MUST employ a "phase shifted" Salt Mode.

With advances in technology... I wonder if the day will ever come where we can mitigate the effects of salt and still pick up signals of micro gold / chains in the water? Now THAT would be a game changer!

Beach - Low Conductor: is 'there' ..... on the wet sand. , . , . , . , . , . and 'almost' (not quite) there ....for IN the water! If it wasn't for having to reduce Sens a couple/few points.... for a bit more stable operation IN the water......... we would be there! I speculate Minelab, Dimitar (Tarsacci) and possibly XP could ascertain.

I suspect the Rutus Versa would be in the running on that challenge.
