I showed a video here not that long ago using a small cheap external speaker.
Gent saw my video.
He ordered one and received it.
Below is link where he has set up Deus 2 with WS6 with same speaker.

Another by product using the HF2 when checking for possible ring behavior changing frequency. You have a chance to spot a target that may read in gold range yet when you go to the high MF band you may see a great deal of id drop. Generally can slaw alone won’t cause this. It will read closer comparing the MF bands. You could be spotting higher and a lower conductor superimposed. Like nickel and silver ring. Quarter and nickel. Even a lower conductive junk target and higher conductor nicer target. The ID giving on these scenarios could behave number wise to not represent any USA coin denomination, and may be why it is still in site. Remember fbs/fbs2 models users could not change frequency.
Users of coil should experiment a bit and watch what happens.

This HF2 coil behavior.
We in USA might have it luckier than some in other countries? Why..
Because our current currency coin wise that read moreso in gold ring range is the nickel. (Yes I realize some gold rings can read zincoln penny ID) but these are more rare likely in existent.
Wonder if we had a 3 cent coin that just just a tad smaller than a nickel and read little lower. And had a 10 cent coin that was tad bigger than a nickel and read a tad higher. If we had these coins in USA, high chance this system would even be more productive through its use. Meaning. Even possible more targets (reading in gold ring range) in the wild could be called rejects for gold rings metal detecting behavior.
Some other countries this what I talked about above, indeed may be the circumstance inside their countries looking for gold rings metal detecting. I am not talking about those ferrous component coins ether like Canada has.

PS
And if our as of late discontinued zincoln would have been made in 1982 of something different yielding lower ID closer to a nickel. Hmmm
Yeah if all the above would have taken place, this. This would have added to the Turn Off factor for gold rings metal detecting likely inside the USA!
Might have raised the junk target (defined as not a gold ring) by a large percent overall !

You know this could happen.
Someone may figure out a dime and perhaps even a quarter could be made cheaper using some other metals.
And it happens. And they read smack dab in gold ring range. Hmm

This question posed to me concerning Deus 2 behavior I have been showing as of late.

Why has no one yet confirmed the method?

Here’s my response I posted::

I talk to some folks who are not members here who use the system and love it to death.
One has to have the equipment to use as well.
Some folks may not have the hf2 coil. Some may care little about gold ring hunting.
The bigger question is no one with the equipment has said it’s a bs system who detects in milder ground.
I don’t know what other folks have. I don’t know what they know. I don’t know which videos, etc they have seen or watched either.
All I can do is tests and use the equipment in the wild, and show my actual results with camera.
This is not in users manual btw.

I did read a few threads on Facebook that came up doing some google searches.
Based on what I saw. Some folks on Facebook think theyare going to find out everything they need to know or is good to know on Facebook using their Deus equipment. Little do some of them know there is little ole sharpshooter who doesn’t belong to Facebook. And there could more like me who doesn’t do Facebook either who have some knowledge the face bookers could benefit from.
Same goes with YouTube channels.
Some will watch certain channels for their tips and info.
And if their favorite channels YouTubers don’t know some thing. They can’t show or talk about.
So some folks out there can(might) remain ignorant on some facets of a detector model and or detector model and coil.
Keep in mind most folks thought hf2 coil was going to be a bb sized target finder. They lost interest quick. But yet the HF2 coil does what it does, and part of the behavior driven by the higher freq used to include higher Freq MF.

Also remember some Deus 2 owners with hf2 coil likely got swallowed up with this multi processing. This was some thing new. And the new eyecandy (stereo hesdphones) so to speak diverted their attention. This could have happened to me if I wouldn’t have found this behavior before the new version 4.0 come out.

Think about it Terry.
Some hf 2 coil users likely swept some items when they received their coil. They may have seen some id rise.
But it never dawned on them the target shape was causing maybe.
So in the wild how many folks using the coil were changing freq over a located target ? Likely few.
And for the ones that did, did they put 2+2 together? . It could have been difficult to do depending exactly what was under their coil.
Then this tone break thingy….
Who would have thought to do this over a located target?
And here the detector speed setting and freq used affects results gotten depending.
Figuring this out in the wild not knowing exactly what was under your coil would have been mighty tough- for me anyways!!
Actually what I have learned using this hf2 coil does show some potential weakness of MF over single frequency. I showed videos of this too.
I am a better Manticore user now and also a better Deus 2 FMF coil user as well.
