I hate to shoot you in the foot (with a 17-HMach-2)....... because you put a lot of time into these videos! BUT....... It appears you are comparing apples-to-oranges via one unit is in a single-frequency Mode........ and the other unit is in a Multi-Freq Mode!

Both units need to be in Multi-Freq Mode

or

Both units need to be in Single-Freq Mode

Well.
Tom you can save your 17 caliber ammo.
The videos do show both Models in fact using multi frequency.
I can certainly understand how you could be mislead by how I described what I did in the videos pertaining to Xp Deus 2.
The new HF 2 elliptical coil can be run in single frequency 8.8 kHz to 120 kHz.
And can be also run in multi frequency using three bands.
Bands using roughly 9khz 29 kHz, 17 and 53 kHz and 17 and 89 kHz..
So in the videos above when I spoke of freq used using Deus 2. I was infact stating the band referencing by highest freq band of that particular multi freq band used I,e 53 kHz.

Hi David............ Ok. That perfectly clears-up the (exceptionally easy) misconception of Single-Freq VS Multi-Freq operation on the Deus-2....... using the new HF coil .......... that is not yet available in the United States. It also clears up the fact that: It is specifically the new coil that inputs/controls the allowance to use Single or Multi Frequency(s). The new HF coil also dictates which specific 'bandwidths' of Freqs that will be used......when the new HF coil is installed.
I shall unload your 17 HM2 !!!
In your latest video....... you made/presented perfect explanation of Op Freq's the new coil dictates......upon its installation!!!
