I'm not certain where having a "Nokta/Makro top-end Flagship" performer (per Tom) at that price constitutes being "stuck with this one".

If you're using Chrome, look in the upper right corner for a little shield with a red X on it. Hover your pointer over it.
It will state "This page is trying to load script from unauthenticated sources."
Click on the shield and choose "Load unsafe scripts" and the site will appear normal again.

Stock coil for my Impact died.
I've got the 7x4 football and a 7" concentric, but am wondering which coil to get to replace the stock 11x7.
Thinking about Nokta's newer 11" round DD, or a NEL Tornado, or similar.
Anyone have any experience with "larger" Impact coils?

Which technology is here that is not being used?
Not being cheeky, just curious.

I hope there are some reviews of the Anfibio out soon.
I'll be buying the Anfibio Multi or the Equinox 800 from Craig soon and it would be nice to hear some opinions and comparisons.

What makes you think that someone wouldn't post a pic and lie, and claim to have found something while detecting that they obviously planted, simply because they'

Funny how that got swept under the rug and nobody ever mentions it.

Just a smidge of irony here.

Daniel,
I think the triangle next to Gen mode denotes "Delta". There are 2 Gen modes on the Impact, one being Gen D (Delta).
Huh, I wonder what the "Notch V" and "Tone V" are??

Little updates at the end of this thread....https://smartmetaldetecting.forumfree.it/?t=75762510
Be sure to translate the page.
I'm anxiously waiting for the Anfibio's release.
I'm certain the build quality will surpass the Equinox and I'm hoping the technology does as well.

I don't think that's what tabman meant.

Minelab made YOU pay shipping to repair a 3 day old detector??? Wow.
Forget my Equinox 600 order. I’ll wait for the Nokta Anfibio to be released.

Yikes!
Hope this isn't a big issue when people begin submerging them for periods of time.
Glad I haven't ordered a 600 yet. I think I'll wait for a while.

I love their ad banners.
The Simplex, the Scuba Pointer, and the Anfibio seem to be depicted.
The assumed Anfibio graphic shows a red X through a single gear and a green check through 3 gears working together, as well as 3 green checks on single lines.
Hmmm.....
Better watch out Equinox owners. Your resale value may soon take a bit of a hit.

100%
Especially after the re-calibration procedure Carl provided.
With the built in menus accessible via various button press sequences, it's more than a simple pinpointer

After recalibration my F Pulse takes 1 second to boot, even after multiple power cycles it has stayed.

Tomorrow I've got a shot to detect an 1816 home on a couple acres. This is extremely old for my area.
I've got an Impact with the 9x11 and 4.5x7 coils.
I have about 4 hours tomorrow and likely that's all.
I have so many ideas of frequency use, coils, settings, specific physical areas to start,etc....that I'm confusing myself.
How would you set up and detect this
