The photo speaks for itself. The condition is excellent. I don't know it's age, it's old enough, but the serial # is clearly displayed in the photo, and you could contact DeTech if you need to know the age and/or warranty status. I don't know. The photo is plainly visible. Also comes in the original box.

Sorry you're having problems with viewing Del. No one else has complained over the years, and I use the Insert Image tool in the message posting of this site. Do you ever post photos?
