Five inch CZ Quicksilver "Double D" search coil ???
September 10, 2010 02:07AM
I've recently asked this question on another forum, but I felt as though I should ask it here as well.

Question(s)
Is there such a thing as a five inch CZ Quicksilver "Double D" search coil and if so... how well does this coil operated when compared to the standard concentric CZ coil?

Thanks in advance,

I don't think Fisher or any other company makes a DD for the CZ's. The only after market coil I am aware for the CZ is the Sunray FZ-12 which is concentric.

Thanks for your reply therover61.

After seeing the coils and images listed in this link:

I wasn't sure if I had somehow missed the release of the Fisher "DD" CZ Quicksilver coil or if it was a set-up mistake on the web page?

Positively no such thing as a DD coil for the CZ series. ID accuracy is a failure with a DD coil on CZ.
