Hey there,
I have question I am hoping someone with some experience with the Equinox 800 can answer for me. I recently added an Equinox 800 to the rotation, and have been thinking how to set it up for a couple specific locations that are kind of tricky.
In regards to Tone Volume, have you ever turned the volume down to "0" for specific tone region(s) running wide open instead of u

Thanks guys! Unfortunately the rain has been non stop here since Friday. Looks like I won't be getting out until next weekend....Just in time for ticks!

TallTom, I was inches for sure, but I know what you mean.
Thanks,

A couple weeks ago I created a thread asking advice about the T2 Classic and the Makro Racer. I really appreciate the comments I received and ended up pulling the trigger on the Red Racer. I wanted to pickup a mid range machine that does well in Iron and has a f

Mike, in which situations do you use your V3 vs the F75?
I am planning on adding another land machine this year and the Impact is on my radar. However, I want to see more field reports before making the leap. I picked up a Red Racer last week to hold me over for a bit while the new detectors start hitting the fields and the reports come in.
Thanks

Just wanted to give an update...I went with the Red Racer, should be here soon hopefully!
I was close to going with the Racer 2, but it had just a few too many bells and whistles I don't think I will take advantage of.
Can't wait to give it a spin!

Hey there,
Long time lurker, first time poster!
I am a beep and digger at heart, but am also fond of the TID. I recently sold my E-Trac as while it was a great machine and I found some real nice silver with it, it just didn't do it for me. I felt very one dimensional and never was in perfect harmony with it. Also, after about the four hour mark of swinging it while hunting, it felt lik
