Unlike other after market coil manufacturers who make one coil that can be used on the Greek Series, F5, GB, G2, F11,22,44, it appears that Mars makes a separate coil for each of the models. Does anyone know if these coils are all interchangeable, or can they only be used on the specific detector marked on the coil?

The only thing I would add to Keith"s post is that the battery system on the Tejon is not the greatest. It drains the batteries pretty quickly and once they get down to about 3 beeps on the battery check, the depth is really affected. Other than that, it's a great detector. So be sure to use fresh batteries.

What's the story on the Detech WSS coils? On Kellyco they are drastically reduced in price. Is there a problem with them? Also, does anyone know if the 10x5wssgb coil is compatible with the Greek Series detectors? It says that it is compatible with the GB and G2, but no mention of Greek detectors. On the other hand, the 13" Ultimate say that it is compatible with the GB, G2 and Greek se

I'm thinking about buying this coil, but don't know what detector it's for. Is there a way to differentiate a F75 coil from a F5 coil? If so, how?

How rare is a 6.59 kHz 10.5" coil? Were there many of them manufactured? I have one and was wondering what it would be worth. I can't find any information about one anywhere and no one I've talked to has ever seen one. Thanks photo of coil

I just received an Arado Model 130 from someone and was wondering what they are worth. This one is in excellent physical and operational condition and even has the original manual. I know that they are rare, but have no idea how much they would sell for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So are you saying that on the Deus it doesn't matter where you set the disc as far as it affecting depth and masking since it is only notching out the audio?

I really hope this is not off topic, but I saw a post on one of the forums that stated that notch just affects the audio and has no affect on performance. If this is the case, why not just use notch instead of disc and be able to hunt in 0 disc and notch the iron at a level you want to hear it or not hear it? Wouldn't that help with separation and increase depth?

Hey Keith, glad I got a chance to meet you today. Really enjoyed the video and what a great find! Maybe we'll get a chance to do a hunt together before it gets too hot.
