I have a pristine Minelab Sovereign control Box..

Doesn't work but was working ..box is like new..turned it off never turned back on what I was told..

if you have some test gear or need a new box here's a great parts unit or a machine to get going again..Could just be the audio amp is messed up??

Just curious, does this sef coil work as well on the V3i as well as it does on the MXT? The MXT guys all say it's killer but you don't hear much about it on the V3i.

I would not know..Its not a machine Ive used alot..

I could only surmise on the mid and high freq it would be awesome though..

Is the SEF coil v rated???

If so,,,will work on V3i,,,and no frequency data will be skewed.

If not a vrated coil,,,,data supplied using 22.5khz will be skewed upwards a bit,,,,and noise when checked on 22.5khz will be a tad higher.

These were the results with my 10x12 SEF coil non vrated,,,,still worked well on my V3i though.
