I was told that they have been told by the tech people to tell customers that if they have a problem with the AT PRO to send it in and it will be taken care of. As far as what happened, they said that is all they have been told. Well it really does not matter I guess as long as they are willing to take care of any issues. I am really anxious to give it a try. I still feel the E-Trac is a killer on silver, especially dimes. The detector is just to heavy for me. Still have a cz5 also...I have not owned a garrett since the AT3, which it did leak.?? At least the AT Pro is not GREEEEEN!

Haha, hey sonny sounds like me.
The older I get, the less I like carrying around my old Explorer XS.
In fact it is getting heavier everyday.
So I too have been studying on all these new tectors, this one from Garrett
and some of those from FT.
Let us know how the AT Pro does for you, good and bad.
Good to hear Garrett is going to take of the problem.
