Metal detecting DVD

Tom, have you been back to the location of the DVD using the F75 or LTD?
Noticing your sweep coverage, here is a question.
Using the 8" with the CZ3D verses the 11" DD coil on the F75.
Do you need to over lap more with the 8" coil (to prevent missing a good target) verses the 11" DD?

No.....I have not been back to this location with any other metal detector. Yes, the thought has crossed my mind.....many times.

IRT sweep coverage.........the more ideal/correct method of approach would still be to overlap the sweeps by approx 50%..........but for unsuspecting reasons. It is not for the primary purpose of 'centering' the coil over the top-dead-center of the target; rather, to 'see-between' trash targets.....even though the 'good' target may not be exactly centered under the coil.......but the 'least' amount of 'signal strength' from the offending nail(s).
