F75SE Cable length

F75SE Cable length

Got a used F-75SE that has 46.5" length cables on it's coils. Is it possible cables were cut to this length ?

If it's any guide, my F75's 11"x7" coil has a 43.5 inch cable, and my 5" DD has 46.5 inch. I'm tall, so I have the lower stem fully out, and I don't have any problems with the 11x7's cable length.
