CZ 20/21 Headphones shocking ear

Does anyone know if you can take the earpiece apart on a CZ 20/21. Mine has just started to shock my ear every time a target tone sounds off. I am assuming it is due to water leakage into the seal of the speaker and could be repaired if it can be accessed.
