11 Bi-axial hit 10 inch dime quite well..

5x10 was a no go on the 10 inch dime..

Well done and very beneficial. On some of your next videos, I wish you would play with GB a little, going both positive and negative to show effects.

Keith, As I recall the G2 with 11" coil couldn't hit that dime correct? Bill

I watched Keith's G2/Omega video a few days ago and the G2 would NOT hit the dime. Very impressive! Thanks for the vid Keith.
On all of the G2's I have used, the unit will go deeper when the ground is moist from recent rains. But considering that Keith's ground is already alot 'hotter' than my ground, the F19 seems to be performing spectacularly!!! Thanks for the vid Keith.

Of all the detectors Keith has tested, i think he said the MXT PRO would do about everything the others would do. Did i miss one? The MXT is a very good detector.

Hi Keith,,,Now don't take what I'm about write the wrong way but I am going to play devils advocate again..Keith as you know I really can't watch a video, but you say you are hitting a buried dime at 10" with an F-19.....One question,,why do the laws of physics cease to exist at your place?....LoL....Everyone that I have read about is reporting 9" or less while air testing a dime with an F-19....We all know that metal detectors can not penetrate deeper in the ground than they can air test....Just curious....JJ

That's a good question JJ....I was wondering the same thing.

DST or some kind of signal filtering.

Notice how the F19 is completely quiet on sens 99
I never could get my Goldbug DP to run completely quiet at sens 99, 94-96, the chatter would start to come in.

Same thing with Deus, once it got a hold of the EMI, you could run the thing full throttle in the house.
X-terra 705, quiet as a mouse at full sens in the house.

So you get outside, low EMI, spot on grond balance, and it gives you freaky depths.

My 0,02 €'s worth :-)

Well $#%€! Keith, look what you went and made me do. Just pulled the trigger on the F19. Will need it to compare to the Gold Racer when I get it so figured might as well.

Well JJ you will notice im using a BiAxial coil not the 5x10 coill the 5x10 wont cut it...

and by the way this biaxial will whisper hit a nickle at 16.75 inches...

and it goes well past 10 on a dime LOL!!

And I want Keiths F-19!!-----I know Keith has bad ground & I know I have bad ground, also know I can't get nowhere near that depth.------Soooo, either Keith has a special dime-- a special F-19---a special 11" biaxial coil (or both)--I'm betting on the detector/coil combo! smiling smiley-------Let me know when you decide to unload that baby Keith---I want it!

F19 info in one spot.
January 01, 2015 11:09PM
Despite the freezing wind I decided I needed a few hours fresh air.

So I took the F19 to a spot I've had several detectors go over.
Full of iron wright next to a tram-line full of EMI, sandy dunes.

From the experience gained with the other detectors I knew what to expect, constant barrage of iron.

So I set it up in a quite unorthodox way.
1) factory reset
2) All Metal, just adjust gain and threshold till it has a nice constant tone. Gain at 40.
3) Switch to disc and run V-break up to 40

Who would be crazy enough to go hunting with such moderate settings.
Usually we are driving the peddle to the metal sensitivity wise.

As I've gridded this area with Deus, X-terra and F75, I knew finds weren't going to be enormous.

But much to my surprise it actually found me stuff I otherwise would have written off as a false.

Most interesting target was a 1 by 2 mm shard of copper the pinpointer just wouldn't register on without it completely touching.
And 2 steel core 2 €cent coins, most other machines just tell you their iron, very low conductors wrapped around steel.

So I probably guess this is my real world BIC ballpoint test in amongst Iron.
And well,... this F19 is looking more and more promising.

Now let's see if we can't find ourself a good relic hunting field.
