the Saint-Gaudens design is the same as the 1988 $5 gold coin set in the filagree gold ring I found with my F75SE a year or so ago.

This is a 1 Oz gold coin............. which is almost exactly the size/weight/dimensions of a standard Double Eagle.

If thats pure gold then it is a darn good buy........ do they know something we dont about gold prices? That would be worth selling off some gold rings and replacing them with the coin since you could earn in a couple of ways.
