Pole Camlock Problem.

How does one adjust or fix the lock. I have 2 Tesoro's where there is a slight movement when tight...It wants to lock, but keeps on turning until it tightens again...Anyone know how to fix this problem...

Usually replace the cam lock, I have wrapped the shaft with electrical tape to get some more time out of the cam lock.

Rods by plugger has a good replacement shaft lock on ebay.

I have them on several detectors and they work well.

On a conventional camlock simply applying several layers of tape against the rod that tightens against the pole rod will correct the wobble. Usually they can be bought cheaply from the company and put on yourself....
