You know it's a conspiracy set up by all the detector manufacturers, to hook the next generation to be customers as they get older..................................Cha-Ching $$$$$

That will help keep new detectors in development. Just imagine what these treasure kids will have for equipment in 15 years.............

DeepTech Vista X with 3 search coils.
Works for me

WOW! Just 15 years ago people would not even know what a Metal Detector was? I guess with all the Shows it's not a cult type Hobby anymore. Ah well that's kinda said.

It's cold out so I figure I can put a few coins under some rugs to get him going.

Looks like a great toy from a very sucessful toy company. If Imhad a toddler on my gift list, I'd probably get them one!

For about $20 more you can buy the kid a Bounty Hunter jr. - they can use that for years, even in places where crawling around on their hands and knees is not a good idea!

Interestingly, the BH jr. Is Amazon's #1 selling metal detector. It seems that First Texas makes the "flagship" of that market segment.

All this time I've been outside hunting coins. Sure enough I swept over our carpet and "BAM"!!! Dudes I never found gold coins until now!! I can't even lift them all. I've already called work and told them to stick where the coil doesn't beep. Thank you Matchbox!
