Should have my MX Sport tomorrow

I will try to do a few short videos. Maybe an air test and go over some in ground targets that I have buried as test targets. I will compare it to the CZ3D I have. For some reason I am not expecting too much out of it. Hopefully I'm wrong.....;o) Maybe me and Craig (Show Me Treasure) can meet up this weekend and put it against the AT Pro and get some of that on video too.

Hey Bill, when you test it on deep coins can you have the Modulated Audio / ON as to give an Idea how soft it will Be as everyone's hearing is different. Thanks as I also gave a shout out to your Buddy khouse. LOL!

I am most interested in the 2 tone audio, I never liked the multi tone on the MX5.

4 Tone I.D. Also as I forgot to mention that,But I told khouse I think? Anyway's should be intresting to us Guy's on the fence.

Ok I will try to demonstrate the 2 and 4 tone audio on targets and the modulated audio. I like the modulated audio myself that way I can specifically look for the deeper targets sometimes. I know Kenny will also put up some videos. I will only have a couple hours tomorrow to test but will put up some longer ones after that. I will put up a new post when I get the videos posted. Hopefully tomorrow night.

I would test it in iron and maybe a CZ3 is not the best way to test it against another machine. If your a park hunter that is fine but for relics you need another machine. In a test garden for the most part its clean and targets are at different depths. But in the field that all changes. I think maybe this machines calling is for water hunting like the At Pro that would be a great machine to test it against. Now I saw some guys with At Pros in a big creek looking for civil war relics and the water was about knee deep. Wow they found relics that no one else found because they don't water hunt. So lake hunting and beach hunting should be this detectors calling. But lets see what Whites came up with after a long dry spell. I use to be a whites dealer and had access to all their detectors like the MXT and DFX till I got hold of a CZ and it killed the whites in Carolina's dirt. So yeah I'm all for a new detector that can do more than what we have out there now but not sure how whites is planning on selling this as a?

Thanks Bill. It will also Be nice to see the I.D. Numbers at the Edge of Depth if they drop much or at all. I know some of this is asking a lot from a Upper Mid Price Detector, But would be interesting to see how much bang for the Buck so to speak.

I'm interested in what you think of the new mxs. I know you hunt some trashy spots and will put a detector through the wringer. My thoughts are I won't use it much until a smaller coil is available. It is not an AT pro killer with the stock coil, but to be fair I didn't use the AT with the stock coil all that much. My spots are filled with trash or bullets and nails so a small coil is a must. Until then I'll be using my racer or tesoro's.
The balance is great for a heavy unit, the modulation is not too great.

yess! it is difficult to believe whitey will not make a "trash" coil for this detector!
this is tantamount to someone doing someone else's f**king for them!

It will be interesting to see how it stacks up against the AT Pro since that's it's main competition. Looking forward to the vids. Thanks

If you have a chance, try this. When you air test use a silver dollar and see how far out you can go till it stops sounding off on the outside edge of the coil. On mine a silver dollar will go quite a bit, even a silver dime hits a tone from the outside edge of the coil at a fair distance. Separation does not seem the forte on the d2!

Didn't you read the almanac. This weekend is the worst possible weekend to re-seed your lawn. They say don't do it or it may kill all your other grass...Lol

Next weekend may be too late it may be sold by then.......;o)
