Smart phone pics post?

I was wondering do any post pictures straight from a smart phone android version? When I take it from gallery it says can't find file? Just got phone so still learning.

I do on other sites. Actually my Galaxy Note 4 is about all I use except to print. I believe you can only link to photos on this site that are hosted elsewhere.
