Rare as hens teeth never made it to America ..

Looked like a 1000 BBS black coil exactly

I think I remember it. I will get one made if I can't find that one. Thanks

Out of curiosity, how would one go about getting a custom coil made? Got the gears turning.

Forgetabout DD coils for the White's 6.59 kHz detectors...the 5.3 concentric coils rules. They do really well on the XL Pro if an operator knows how to get a high Signal Balance setting, all the while getting the Auto Track set up right and "lock" the setting. The 6½" diam.coils are even easier to get depth with using the hot 5900 CB with it's double stacked Ground Balance control. These detectors are known to be a medium to brisk sweep detectors...but with a higher Signal Balance setting...they can be swept at a comfortable and modestly slow sweep speed. For the ultimate in slow sweep speed and target separation...get a Mr.Bill modified IDX Pro.

Been there! I will never forgetaboutit! Still have my 93 Blue and Grey CB when I want to leave the new detectors in the dust!

It all depends who you may know. Working on it.

Ahh, I see. Don't think I know anybody who does VLF coils. Just PI coils. Nevertheless it will still be interesting to see what you come up with.
