Picked up a Deep tech Warrior detector

Need more time on unit obviously and will get some soon.
Then can talk about more.

Already though based on my usage,,this detector just might be the quietest detector I have ever ran.
At full bore sens and gain, even getting close to electronic ignitioned vehicles (real close) no interference audio be period.
Have not ever seen this with any other unit I have ever run.
Even beneath transformer and street light humming, nothing audible.

Simply amazing.

I also picked up one. Just waiting for conditions to improve to get it to the field.

Warrior has improved audio. Best in Vista line. My favourite method of hunting is to cleaning plowed fields under high voltage power lines.

Some folks may be interested in disc range of this detector.
Super six coil used. (Coil is more like 5x8" coil)

Below is a pic (single layer) portion of foil out of a cigarette pack.
Ruler in pic for scale.

Neutral GB setting on a set of sterile concrete steps.

Warrior disc setting 41 out of possible 50 setting to knock this out.
Both normal and boost.
Rej switch setting (2 tone) gives a low tone.

Below is pic of target above folded in half and cut.
Ruler in pic for scale.
Same settings used above on Warrior.
Again disc setting 41 out of possible 50 to disc out.

rr

Below is pic of both halves (the first object pictured) balled up.
Again same settings on Warrior.
Disc level now has to be moved to 45 out of 50 to disc out, and acquire low tone in Rej (2 tone) switch setting

Not at all.
I do okay.
Having 3 houses and 126 acres of land, gotta get after it.

Did have four, sold one with 37 acres.
Was too much to manage.

Besides foil when mentioned can be talked about in general terms.
Size (mass) does make a difference.

When I'm using a detector, I like to have general idea of detector performance as far as foil and disc setting.
