Um, could we see a manufacturer try voice activation on a metal detector ?

I am surprised we haven’t already seen this.
Little ole $200 go pro has the tech installed.

Change modes on voice command.
Go to pinpoint on voice command.
Shut down detector on voice command.
Etc, etc.

Sure would be handy when night hunting.

Who knows maybe a manufacturer is considering.

Sure would be handy on Equinox.
I hate going the long way around when advancing the detect models.

Make it blare out a high pitched freq sound wave that only younger people can hear. Kinda like those ring tones they have that adults cant hear....make it to be so loud that it causes discomfort and keeps them away.

We could but I wouldn't want to pay extra just to have that feature.

All I need is for someone to hear me talking to my metal detector count me out

But your hunting buddies could change your settings on you like reduce your sensitivity.
