question about my nokta impact

i just got this detector recently the controll head moves back and forth turns somwhat and my auto is really broken sounding is this normal for this machine or should i be contacting nokta

No it's not normal, contact Nokta and they'll take care of you.

yea i didn't think it was supposed to act that way but i wasn't sure iv not had one before
