Wonder if hes in all-metal and got the ground balance way out of whack???Sort of sounds like it.... The beep isnt real tight sounding like disc side..Wonder what that test target is???Painted gold capacitor or the likes maybe a choke of sorts??Sounds like it hits a dead spot about half way up rod then as he approaches the box of the detector its almost as if some interference is being generated and the electronics on the board is picking up.

I've seen machines set up really hot and on edge of instability pick up your hand as it crosses the control box.

If it is crazy hot like that I would Hate to try to run that one with the coil to the soil..I bet it would go bonkers on the dirt..Id give it ago though lol!!
