Anyone good at dating stainless steel knives (here’s one)

Found this today in remote site with Tarsacci. Has no writing on anywhere that I can tell. I see where stainless was intro looks like around 1913. Handle contains no metal checked with magnet.

Tn, seen a lot of knives like that in beef and chicken processing . Look how the blade edge has been worn down by repeated sharping. Used for slicing not stabbing. Enjoying your posts on this new unit. Txquest

Looks to me like the handle is aluminum.

I think you are correct after further checks. I never thought about it being nonferous (metal) handle. Dummy lol

I haven’t dated any knives but a few girls,yes. The problem with knives is they never want to spoon,they just get forkin’ mad.winking smiley

Never did date one. Was too scared I might like it. But I had a friend that was pretty good at it but he ended up talking like a girl. grinning smiley
