Tnss, After watching the first video you posted, another one came up. The one where you notched up to 83 with the foil on the 2x4 and the merc dime below and off to the right. With no notch the ID was in the 30's . . . . notched to 83 the darn things ID hit 91, exactly where a dime hits on the D2. That was a mind blower. I'm not a user of notch because it's another form of disc . . . but, I may have to rethink that. The D2 seems to be telling you that "Hey, if you don't want to be hearing or seeing 0 to 83, well how about this 91 that I've got under my coil". How the heck does the unit do that. Didn't report it or up average it with no notch, but reported the dime when all else was notched. ?????????????WTH!
