Original Tesoro Cutlass

Anybody ever swing an original cutlass ? Thoughts on it ?

I had the Tesoro Shadow X2 which is about the same as the Cutlass umax. They run incredible smooth. The single tone talks to you. You can easily tell a non-ferrous hits from a coin. Coin hits are very smooth. It runs thru iron quiet. It will hit on iron relics that I like to dig.

Depth on a dime with 8" coil is 7" to 8" in mild ground.

I have a Tesoro Tejon which I prefer. It's a hotter detector and goes a couple inches deeper.

The Cutlass umax would be a nice detector to have if you can get for a good price.
