11" Omega DD Coil on the F5 ?

11" Omega DD Coil on the F5 ?

It seems like FT was originally going to share the same optional DD coils between the F5 and new Teknetics platforms, which to me implies their the same coils except with possibly different connectors and/or wiring pin-outs.

Anyone know if it's possible to share coils between the F5/Teknetics with an adapter, like Sunray made for the Edge to use Coinstrike coils ?

The operating Freq would need to be the same.

Their both 7.8 kHz frequency.

If I could get the pin out on both, an adapter should be doable ?

Correct connectors.... and it may very well work.
