First time out with CZ21

With arrival of CZ21 and weather that is in high 60's(only 10 degrees a week ago) made for ideal conditions for first outing. Went to relic area. Found 11 keepers in one hour. Was very impressed with the unit. It is 8 in coil. Working in heavy iron, but could hear those relic midtones come through. Discrim 0, sens 3 vol 4. Pinpoints very nice, however the vol needs turned all the way down when pinpointing or it will really scream at you. Pulled out another eagle button with shield, more nice fully intact suspender buckles and some other buttons. Weather is rainy so don't have to worry about getting it wet. This unit with the 8in coil worked alot better than the 8in equipped 3d, however the 10.5 coil on the 3d produced alot of good finds. Wonder if there is some difference between the 3d and the cz21 on the 8 inch coils? Whatever it was it sure did a good job.

Keep in mind, the CZ-21 is always in the 'Salt' mode .... creating a DIFFERENT phase shift angle differential between HOW you were hunting with the CZ-3D..... most probably in the 'Enhanced' mode. Glad you got the CZ-21 back.... and are having really good success with it. You have everything you need (all bases covered) for that 'iron pit' relic site; CZ-21, CZ-3D, F-75, Gold Bug II.... and a good pin-pointer. Your success today is explained in the article titled "Head-to-Head Comparison Testing".... more specifically in how one detector can see one specific set of targets in their natural setting..... and a different detector can see a completely different set of targets all together!

GREAT JOB TODAY!
