Best dig ever for my hunting buddies....
June 29, 2015 02:01AM
My hunting buddies Kandi and Joey wanted me to go with em today to Washington Ga to a place they got permission to hunt. I hurt my back on this past Thursday so opium derivatives are making me comfortable and could not go. They had their best dig ever in what appears to be a Confederate camp. These finds are a dream hunt and all dug today by them, they are stoked and I am for them also. I told em I'd post it someplace for the connoisseur's to lavish over. Great hunt my friends.......proud of ya, you deserve it!

Awesome relics!! They should continue to hunt that spot hard. Love the CS wreath buckle half. I would hunt hard for the other half. Relics are in great condition.

They are GOOD FOLKS!

I met them at an organized relic hunt a few years ago. I had a wardrobe malfunction (I lost a button off my overall strap) and Kandi gave me a large safety pin that she happened to have with her. She saved the day for me. Congratulations on the finds!!

It all depends on where ya go in and around Washington. The tops of the hills are red clay and rocks and the bottoms and such are nice and loamy. Actually except for deer and turkey hunting, every where I've been has been nice black rich soil. Hunted, fished and have quite a few friends who live there for many years. Actually most of it used to be farmland. Several battles happened, and camps were all around there too. smileys with beer That was a great hunt for em and I'm proud of them too.

Area's ground sounds a lot like the ground in my area. More mineral at elevation vs the lowlands. Jack, sounds like a site for the CoRe and Racer!!!

Yes they did, then it got to hot....
got too hot?
June 30, 2015 12:58PM
When I'm not finding anything, it can get too hot.
If I'm digging clad, it can get too hot.

If I was finding buttons like they are finding, I wouldn't even notice if it was hot or not.
