Silver mode vs coin mode on CTX 3030

Has anyone used the silver mode on the CTX and is it as good or better than coin mode for hunting deep silver? Read that with the silver mode used with combined you can set it up to where silver will sound off with a very high pitch like it does on the Etrac. Trying to make silver targets ring out. Has anyone tried this? Thanks

You can customize your tones on the CTX.
I use combined and set my high conductors to ring in at 1000Hz which is pretty high and
will definitely get your attention.

Highest pitch on the CTX is 1200 hz but it isn't the "silver warble" of the etrac which is caused by distortion of the sound through the variability/threshold pitch/ gain settings.
I find the high pitch tones of the CTX are plenty sufficient and distinct.
"The warble" is highly over rated.
