I picked up a new 12 x 10 today at Kellyco for $125 in case my other one ever has issues. Best coil that I use on the beaches here in Florida Good prices on SEF coils right now. Not an advert for them..just saying.

Very nice find. I'm surprised it rang that high in the 170's. Gold can be weird but a smooth sound.
Keith: How did you mount the v-clip on top of the handlebar extension? It's a clean look.

Try the 12x10 SEF... getting tough to find....I want to put one on my Excal.
I run one on my Sov GT and I wish I had three more as spares.
I also have the 10" Tornado, 12 x 15 SEF, and the 8" Coinsearch.
Nothing compares to the 12 x 10. It's a freakin finder.
These are slow swingers.
I only hunt the beach so your mileage may differ.
