I too have had great results with the 5" coil., One example was the local fairgrounds on the midway sectiom(50'x200') i dug 11 silver dimes this yr from a very trashy midway 2 were seated.I have run into several other folks with different machines and they all said the same thing, too much trash wasting your time,I just smile and dig. The 5' is my main coil.

I bought the f-75 2 summers ago and i narrowed the choice down between the 75 and the v3i, just wasn't enough info on the whites at that time. I'am pretty pleased with the 75 and it really kicks butt in trashy sites expecially with the 5 inch coil. I have ben very impressed with the performance,and the amount of silver I've found. Just wondering if anyone has tested this detector and how does it compare to the f-75 ,recovery speed ,unmasking, and so on . Can it handle a range of moderate to high mineralization?

Thanks for the help, I went ahead bought a f75. I have about 6 hrs. on it now,she's a talker but i'am impressed a little,found 2 mercs in bad soil within a couple of inches of each other. Hello all,new here.
I'am in the the market for a new unit. I have been using a cz5 for 10 yrs now,I coin hunt 90% of the time. my soil is modrate to highly hot.I hunt old towns, homesites,and fairgrounds ect.The units I have narrowed down to are f75 f70 f5 &mxt300. Has anyone used the mxt against any of these fishers? Just curious with the depth,target seperation ect..
