Looks like it up averages the VDI just like the Deus. Owell.. Seems to me the ORX/Deus line are just beep and dig relic detectors (worthless VDI). With the Deus deep nickels would sound and ID in the 70+ range making the multi-tone capability worthless and any nickel notching all the more worthless. Say what you will about the Nox but with a recovery set to 7 and a nickel notch at 12-13, Im able

When I first got started, while doing my initial research on the hobby, I remember a post where Monte had stated that most of his finds had been found in the top 5" of soil, and how he (if I remember correctly) liked a the Bandido II Micro Max. So after a bit of studying and saving I bought a Bandido II Micro Max and a Clean Sweep coil and set out to see what I could find. Thinking the Clean

I've been there before.. came close several times to getting bit and I thank the Lord I didn't get bit. That would have been a $100k button there.

So far with the 800 Im at 9" on a penny. Came in clean and dont remember settings, but was more likely 4-5 recovery in park 1. Thats what I started off with and in that spot dug several deep coins in the 9" range that were solid hits with a good vdi, even if a little jumpy but very diggable vdi's. Since then Ive moved to park 2, 5 to 7 recovery and have got a couple coins pushing 6

Yes plugged into the remote. The audio was good enough for me that I used them through most of the fall last year and at the beach. I love them with the Equinox

Not incredibly sweat proof, but my personal goto is the onn earbuds at walmart. So far these 10$ earbuds have been comfortable and all around awesome. And I'm picky.. went through more pairs than I can remember before landing on these.

Not noise canceling though...

I've got somewhere around 80+ hours on mine and I feel like his thoughts were close to mine. Good honest report. And I didnt hear him really say anything bad. The machine is a good all around machine, not a specialty machine.

We'll see.. I remember another video that described how round targets hold tight VDI's while misshapen do not, and upon my testing in local parks this has not held true. I've filled at least one full 5 gallon bucket of can slaw testing this out.

Just bought a GoPro Hero 5 Session on ebay from GoPro with a 1 year warranty for 120$... normally a 200+$ camera. Couldnt pass it up though it is a recertified camera but sold by GoPro and still carries their 1 year house warranty.
Price went up 10$ over night.. https://www.ebay.com/itm/GoPro-Certified-Refurbished-HERO5-Session-/323041582271?hash=item4b36c75cbf
