earring backs? geez, youre going to need something like 10 mesh. Your will either need fully dried sand or doing it underwater. Youll never get damp sand to screen out. Its even hard to do with 1/4" mesh

Its not a sign of anything with the hobby, its a sign of the change in society in general. All hard-print versions are going away. Mags, newpapers, books, music, its all going digital only. I prefer a physical copy in my hand, but the times they are a changin.

You're assuming this is a basic level "physics" such as two different weights on a scale. My understanding from everything is that this

they've been released for sale in Europe, so it shouldn't be much longer before they're here in the states too. Now, how many will there be when they are released is another story.

I find it a bit humorous watching people debate TID accuracy. It follows the same path every time a new detector is released. This thread has been about EQX vs CTX, but the same comments were said about the CTX vs the E-Trac, ad nauseum.
I really like the FECO display of the FBS detectors, but like Goodmore said, I'm not digging any more trash now than before. Its more about learning

If you want prospect/beach/park hunt then you need an equinox. If you want to SCUBA detect then you need an excalibur, the equinox is only good for wading depths.

incredible digs for sure! Your "masonic item" is likely from the IOOF, International Order of Odd Fellows. They use the 3 links of chains in their emblems.

I have used the CTX since its release and have been swinging the EQX since May. I have ZERO desire to go back to using the CTX as a regular detector. In my grounds, they are equal for silver depth, but the EQX slams the CTX for low conductors. Since May, I have found more buffy and V-nicks than ever dug with the CTX. I have dug more gold than in a decade with CTX and or FBS detectors. EQX is

Sooooo, one person heard "something" and someone else claimed to see SUVs ? Thats the smoking gun here? Sorry, but too many holes in the story, too many holes in the back-story. Don't forget, FK already claimed that park works stole the treasure years ago. Now it

beyonder, you will have to look up FK's own words and action on TNET as I have stopped frequenting that place.
You are treating the "news article" (and I use that term loosely) as if it was gospel, written by Geraldo from his own Capone vault level of research
The truth is that FK created that AP news release, it says exactly what he wanted it to say.

Facts? Its interpretation of the facts. Everything FK has done is out there because he publishes it himself. All you have to do is start asking "why". Why would
