Nice coin, I actually got my first silver here in Germany this year. It was my first in years here but not my last - I went on a silver tear after that.

I have been cleaning my silver coins soaking them in vinegar and then rubbing with Baking powder. But you lose the Patina then. It's just that some come out so tarnished and corroded around them that it's better to clean them. Not so much about the money, just rather being able to see them. BTW - make sure before soaking in vinegar that it is near pure, or oops - I learned the hard way.

Very unusual find, but silver none the less.
