Life or death situation right there..

Ive read where the dead soldiers guns on say Gettysburg battlefield were loaded up to a dozen times...

That's 12 bullets stacked in the barrel..

You go blank actually probably into a shock..Your first shot misfires but you don't know in all the chaos..so then you go through the motions of loading and supposedly firing till its well just too late...

Cherish those finds like that..frozen in time tragedies..
