Actually I have many precious detectors... Fisher CZs probably first and foremost.... Thank you for your concern...

yet the preferred in the past is to get your receipt, box it up with your coil and send it back to the manufacturer to assess, then if you are in luck, you should get a replacement in the mail >>>>

whereas

Nokta/Makro will ship parts out direct to the customer (anywhere in the world) once the fault has been identified -

that in itself is worth purchasing their units -

Fisher cz's were my first and still favorite. I bought a whites xlt in the late 90's and went to all the forums and tried all the "legendary" programs and stock settings and was totally disappointed with it. Tweak the hell out of it and get subpar performance,guy Tom in ca back then would defend them because of the lack of depth everyone was reporting by saying depth was not important,dig in the East and it is.
Never bought nor wanted another whites since, can't believe they went downhill from there.
