Coil with no bottom

Hi All, Has anyone ever got a Fisher coil that the bottom was not glued on? Well i got one today, got it used had a coil cover on it when i tryed to take the cover off the hole bottom came off. I don,t think it was ever glued on, didn,t look like it was. No cuts or scratches, it was not pryed off. Can,t see any wires, just the black whatever they put in at the factory. Should i send it in to Fisher or just glue it my self? This is a 5" coil for a CZ7a, What would you do? Thanks Dean

Send both pieces back to Fisher. They will see that there are no 'tool marks' that caused the damage.
