Did you log in and then post something rather quickly? I have enabled a security feature that rejects posts from 'users' that post something rather quickly after logging in to prevent 'spambots' from propagating their spam. If that sounds like what you did, I will disable that function.

No mate I just logged in that's all, So today I logged out and left it for a couple of hours and when I logged back it was fine again,
