Yeah I think that is a really good price on it.

Almost 50% off a f70 with 11 inch DD coil. Looks like the Patriot has the 11 incher standard?

I just wonder if they worked the DST in on this machine like they did on the T2 Classic.

The new gold F75 DST model has rendered the F70 obsolete. The big thing about the F70 was getting F75 performance with a method to also get stability by having a Threshold control in Disc mode. But now why buy the little brother when you can own the new stabilized big brother for less money. Why buy the little brother when every year you can have the big brother updated to the LTD model. So how do you keep it in the line up? Rebadge it with a new price and a 'America First' patriotic screen print and name. Problem solved.

The 3 AmeriTek machines are made in El Paso Texas - in First Texas' factory at 1465 Henry Brennan Dr H, El Paso, TX 79936 - just like every other detector in the Fisher, Teknetics and Bounty Hunter product lines (with the exception of some portion of the Bounty Hunter Jr. Models - of which a portion are produced in China and a portion in El Paso).

You and I have been down this road before R C - surely you remember.

Yes, their new facility is well underway. Only thing I can think of is that their very large current facility - isn't large enough.
