Has anyone done any head to head comparison of the Impact with

any other well known detector? I would like to see it if it has been done. If not, I guess I'll just have to wait.

In any case, I'm so tired from my most recent illness that I can't detect more than an hour at a time......

Sorry about your illness. Hope your recovery is quick.

I'd like to see comparisons of the production model Impact with production models of other
detectors, too. However, comparing the *prototype* Impact with other production models might be
interesting, but wouldn't really be a fair comparison. The Impact software is apparently getting
close to the version that will finally be released to production, but it isn't there yet.

You make a very good point that I haven't thought about. Thank you.

We get the newest software updates as testers so what will be released will have been tested by us before the release.
