Contest for a Tesoro Finds Pouch

Subject: Movie Trivia

Keith Southern Says,... good machine for a good value.

I say, "sure, some professionals keep a Bounty Hunter Tracker 4 in their car............
because they are honestly a good little machine",...."good thing to know,...times get hard".

That last phrase.

"good thing to know,...times get hard"

Name the movie, and the movie character that said it.
It's a movie that has very likely been seen, at least once, by everyone here.

"No - Internet"

"A mans' gotta know his limitations"

The original "Dirty hairy" movie, Clint Eastwood, (Harry Callahan), said that.

No, I think that was his big line from Magnum Force.

His big line from Dirty Harry was at the end culminating in "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?'...which was/is still paraphrased as "Do you feel lucky, punk?"

How can I clearly remember watching those movies (when they first came out) when I can't even remember what I ate yesterday?
