I need a minelab Sovereign XS 2a shaft.

As the title says I have the box and a coil but need a shaft.
I know I can use it as is but would rather have it mounted on a shaft.
Or any ideas how to make my own mount to fit on a generic shaft?

The old Sovereign shafts mounted the detector in an awkward place. It was not very well balanced. I like to mount a V clip on a small piece of pipe and have it stick out the back of the shaft behind the cuff held in place by the cuff bolts.

Go to a company called aircraft Spruce ....... they have all sizes of aluminum tubing ........ Mount the V clip anywhere you want to on the shaft go from there .... I have mine mounted behind the armrest .... you can make the shaft as long or as short as you want .....

I mounted my sov on a Plugger shaft. I think I found him on ebay.

Does anybody have a spare v clip mount?
Of course willing to pay!

I may have one in my stuff downstairs.. let me check and get back to you later today.

If I do not, I am certain that there must be
people with a 3D printer who could snap one off easily
