I remember when I dug it thinking it would have one but it did not...

Funny thing that big piece of brass was about 9 inches deep at completely masked out by a 2 inch round horse bit ring abojut 4 inched deep.......I dug it up then moved about 3 inches and heard the High tone...


Forgot about the is indian head

it was in a lot of nails barely a squeak ..about 7-8 inched deep..1884 date.

I dug about 8 inches for a harmonica reed plate, they sure sound good.

it's funny about those lantern, I tell people to check the dates too and nobody know they are dated, I pull them off and save the wheel part, like they are coins, the reeds, everybody talks about them being good finds, and I like finding them, but I find them every 3 hunts, I have a hundred of them, and even dug full ones, and they do sound good,those are good dirt finds and hope I'll be digging in the dirt by the end of the month
