Bigfoot coils. I hear the Headhunter PI 8 inch coil is hard to find. I had one of the those. A tone modded XL Pro. Had one of those too. Jimmy Sierra unique things.

The most difficult accessory to find in my case would have to be the Discovery Electronics Ferret Hot Head coil. George Payne certainly knew how to build a deep coil. This little 5½" diameter concentric coil was made for the 6.59 kHz White's machines that uses the BlueMax coils. These would be the latter model 5900 CB, Eagles, XLT, IDX-Classics etc.etc. I found one for sale many years ago and it turned out to be defective, then, about 5 or 6 years ago, I found a very functional Ferret coil that defies what most believe in what a small coil is capable of. It air tests a dime at 8 inches when installed on my modded IDX Pro....in the ground depth to about the same results.

E-mail this guy, Matt Wetzel, mwetzel45@gmail.com, he makes custom pouches to order. I ordered one, best pouch I've ever owned.

Nail Apron is the most comfortable thing out there. I started with one and after years and years went back to one.

I wish detector designers would just make the battery/cover easier to install, the Atpro is tight near the cable. The F2 you need to press hard to install the 9v battery always afraid it will snap.

For me it is a set of headphones that has a little more bass audio and a little less high treble. Can't seem to find it.

I used to be able to find 600 ohm speakers that I put in the headphones that I used to make which had a real nice sound/tone to them but I can't find any more 600 ohm speakers.

Try the red & blue Minelab finds bag--they work pretty good.-----My wife & I used the green Jimmy Sierra bags for years & years---they worked a treat with the pinpointer sheath I modded on the side of them.----That was until last winter when rotten thieves stole them---don't know if you can even get the Sierras anymore.---I like the Minelab bags ok---might get rid of some of that Velcro on them.

Replacement knobs for the Fisher QuickSilvers. Not the plastic knobs they put on the CZ-3D that look so cheap but the nice looking round knobs like you get on the earlier model CZ-5. You put a CZ-5 box next to the CZ-3D box and the CZ-5 just looks like a much better instrument. It has that quality look to it. The CZ-3D lost that.

I keep wanting to get another CZ-3D but I dislike those cheap looking knobs too much. Only way around it is to mount it under the arm so you don't have to look at the crappy things.

Re-read the title....I guess this doesn't really count as an accessory.

My Sport has the easiest one. Just unscrew the rear and insert battery pack.

Ski, what governs the audio pitch of a set of headphones. Is it the ohm's. Whatever it is, what am I looking for to get a little more bassier sounding pair.
