F 75 WITH '' BOOST'' QUESTION'S,,
April 04, 2014 07:09PM
I know the Boost makes the 75 deeper,, But what does it Boost ???

Does it make the 5" foot print bigger, like say a 8" coil ???

Is the 4x6 a good or weak coil,, I have had 2 people say its a weak coil ???

What are the GB numbers in FL. ???

Here, mine are high 50's to low 60's....

Thanks...

Don't think it actually makes the coil detection bigger, but I was amazed at something.
Look below, it speaks for itself.

The LTD w boost is still one of the deepest machines and its been out for quite a few years.

I wonder what FTP could do w multi freq machine w boost?

Even w the 5" coil it will give alotta machines w a 8" coil beating.

Aaron,
You got that right, about the F-75 with boost and 5" coil...
I had a CZ 3 d when they first came out, sent it back
to the old Fisher,, the tech tuned it..It was the deepest
unit that I had ever used with a 5" coil...In my soil, it would
hit 8" and 9" coins in a friends test garden, and the ID was spot on.
Our soil ground balanced from 4,5 to 6.5,, but in a trashy area,
you could put it on 5 and hunt...
And that was with the sens at 4 and zero disc....vol at 5.
That was the best CZ that I ever had,, I wish that I had it back....

The F-75 that I have now, was sent back to Fisher, because of being noisy,
it is the best 75 that I have ever had, like the 5th one,, but the first with boost...

They are good on coins on a angle,, or at least mine is...

I wish the manual was better, there is more to the F 75 than the manual says..
