Fisher F75 SE/LTD - Civil War Relic Settings

I have several hours with the Fisher F75 SE/LTD in Discrimination mode. I am heading out to hunt for Civil War Relics for the first time this weekend.

The ground is "good" and expect low to moderate EMI. Mostly low.

Doing research, I am thinking of running the following settings. I could use anyone's opinion.

All-Metal - Motion
Threshold +1
Audio Pitch = Personal Preference
Sensitivity = High as possible - Likely in the 70's given expected EMI.

Also, any suggestions on questionable signals to dig (e.g. Sound, but no VDI).

Finally, any thoughts on what Frags will sound like?

Mainly bullets and frags. Typical depth 8-12" Bullet; Frag 18"

Any input is greatly appreciated.

The f-75 loves lead. If you're running all metal, you may be able to max it out. EMI doesn't sound so bad cranked up, verses disc.

Thanks Ozzie. My first run on the 75. My XLT set up in All-Metal was killer. So far, I think the 75 can meet or exceed that.

One more question, you run in BP Mode? I have seen some people put it in JE.

Thoughts?

If in 'bp' mode..... it DOES indeed carry over to the all-metal mode.
All of this is reported in the post/thread on this forum titled: Rcpt Ack of F75LTD Proto
